Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. While we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive Return and Refund Policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility Window
All return requests must be initiated, and the product must be postmarked and shipped back to our facility, no sooner than seven (7) calendar days and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the original delivery date of your order.
The initial seven-day period is intended to allow you to fully inspect and confirm your purchase. Returns requested before this 7-day minimum will not be accepted.
Returns attempted after the 14-day window will be ineligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Condition of Returned Item
For a product to be eligible for a full refund, it must meet the following strict conditions:
Original Condition: The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received: unworn, unaltered, and completely free of any signs of wear, damage, or use.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation (e.g., authenticity cards, boxes, pouches, etc.).
Tamper-Proof Seal (if applicable): If the product was delivered with a security tag or seal, this seal must remain intact and unbroken.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance, as we cannot issue a refund for any items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
We are not responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
4. Inspection and Refund Process
Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will immediately enter the mandatory inspection phase:
Inspection Period: Our quality control team will carefully inspect the item to verify its condition against the requirements listed in Section 2. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return.
Refund Determination: The final refund amount will be determined entirely based on the condition of the product upon inspection:
Full Refund: If the item is verified to be in perfect, original, and unworn condition, a full refund for the product's purchase price will be issued to your original method of payment.
Partial Refund / Denial: If the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or is missing any original components, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund (subject to a restocking fee) or to deny the refund entirely. In the event the refund is denied, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to them.
5. Final Processing
Once the inspection is complete and the refund is approved, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund credit to be fully processed by your bank or payment provider. Processing times are outside of our control and may vary.
