2. Fulfillment Location and Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our fulfillment center located in South Florida.
Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process, package, and dispatch your order. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Once your order has been dispatched, the transit time will vary depending on the destination state, distance from South Florida, and the specific USPS service used.
Standard Delivery Window: Our standard shipping services (typically USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days once shipped.
Closer States (Southeast US): Customers located in nearby states often receive their packages on the shorter end of this range (2-3 business days).
Further States (West Coast/Non-Contiguous US): Deliveries to the West Coast or non-contiguous U.S. territories may take the full 5 business days or occasionally longer.

The delivery times listed above are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen weather or logistical delays.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor the real-time status of your package on the USPS website.
4. Shipping Insurance
For your peace of mind, all packages are shipped with tracking and include a standard level of shipping insurance to cover potential loss or damage in transit, as provided by the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
